Brida

Brida is one of the Pilbara’s largest Indigenous-owned facility maintenance businesses, providing landscaping, cleaning, and more. It creates sustainable jobs for over 100 locals and is a shining example of community-led success.

Roebourne Post
Office

Now operated by NBAC, the Roebourne Post Office delivers vital, essential services such as postal, Centrelink and Horizon Power to over 1,000 customers each month as well as a small amount of retail — right in the heart of our community in Roebourne.

Work Ready Programs

Tailored to meet the needs of our clients, these culturally safe training programs provide job-readiness and employment pathways with an 89% program completion rate.

Handy Hands

Combining retail and services, Handy Hands includes a nursery, pool shop, garden maintenance, and weed management. It’s not only a local favourite — it’s a platform for employment and training opportunities.

Red Dirt Driving Academy

Empowering independence and safer roads, Red Dirt is the first Aboriginal-owned driving school in the Pilbara. Supporting over 1,000 contacts annually, it helps community members obtain their licences while improving employment and reducing incarceration.

Bindirri Garlba

Launched in 2024, this youth-focused program supports at-risk Aboriginal young adults aged 16–18 on a path toward employment and self-reliance, nurturing long-term personal and professional growth.

Pilbara Support Network

In partnership with MacKillop Family Services, this initiative supports over 500 residents annually with mental health, housing, and wellbeing services — strengthening local families through collaboration and care.

Yirramagardu Crew

Work with pride, not for the dole. This program offers paid work experience, job guarantees, and life skills training in a culturally safe environment. It boasts an 80% success rate and focuses on supporting Elders and building community strength.
